Commercial/Preservation

Proposed Banking Center Head cum Office for the ICD Credit Union - a retrofit and rehabilitation project in an early 20th Century poured concrete building on historic Harbour Street in Kingston, Jamaica, consulting with area expert Patrick Stanigar - Architect along with structural engineering firm for building analysis and treatment to efflorescence on walls, ceiling slabs and columns, all considered reparable.

SPECIALTY

Preliminary Proposal for approximately 50,000 sq.ft. ICF Buildings for local County Fairgrounds for Fair Exhibition and Competitions, Railroaders Club Museum and Exhibition with Upper Floor Banquet Hall as Income Generator

Proposed Rae Town 108 person Multi-Use Building as Branch for Worship and  Community Service to replace original small timber residence in heavy historic residential area in downtown Kingston

Programming, Design Development , External Works, Furnishings, Fixtures and Finishes for the Frome High School, Westmoreland,  Jamaica with an emphasis on agriculture so including additional design for a piggery and poultry farm with hen house. This is an example of a high school developed from precast concrete panel prototypes for Basic (pre-school), Primary (Elementary) and High schools in the Northwest Jamaica Schools Program for the Ministry of Education.  Typical Panel systems and Layouts were designed by Patrick  Stanigar - Architect and  supplied by Jamaica's largest contractor and developer West Indies Home Contractors - WIHCON.  See news link below:
